Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are returned in the same condition as received.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be returned in their original condition
• Items must not be altered, swapped, or damaged
• Sealed items must remain sealed
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Opened or used trading cards
• Bulk or lot listings
• Digital products
• Items sold “as-is” or clearly described with condition issues
Condition & Authenticity
All items are described accurately to the best of our ability. Photos are part of the item description and should be reviewed carefully before purchasing.
If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in delays or denial of a refund. We are always happy to work with you to resolve concerns.
